SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped within 3 business days via USPS or UPS. We do not ship on Mondays. If you need your order ASAP, please contact us before placing your order!
Brooklyn Craft Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We strongly recommend adding Route shipping protection at checkout to ensure you be able to receive a replacement or refund for any lost, stolen, or damaged items!
We are working hard to add more of our products to our online shop! If you can't find what you need on our site, please email us and we will help you with your purchase.
Please note: If you are ordering a holiday item out of season (January - September), please allow an additional 3-5 days for processing.

Please note that any orders placed using free shipping offers/codes will be shipped ground only.
RETURNS
Within 14 days of purchase, most items can be returned for a full refund (please see exclusions below). The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Yarn that has been wound
- Fabric
- Trims or other products cut to a specific length for purchase
- Discounted/sale items
- Gift cards or other downloadable products
- Merchandise that has been altered in any way
If you would like to return and items you have purchased, please email us at hello@brooklyncraftcompany.com within 14 days of your original purchase to initiate the process. We are unable to process returns after 14 days.
