In-Store Pickup
Current Store pickup hours:
We are now offering store pickup for local shoppers!
To place an order for pickup, simply shop our site as your normally would. When you are ready to complete your purchase, click the PICKUP tab in the delivery section of the checkout process (see image below). Please note: If you choose an Express Checkout option (AmazonPay, GoogePay, etc) you will not be able to select store pickup. Please complete the checkout process manually.
You will receive an email with pickup instructions when your order is ready. In most cases, same-day pickup is available for orders placed by 3pm, however due to high volume we cannot guarantee same-day availability. Otherwise, your order will be ready within 24 hours.
Pickup orders are subject to our standard 14-day return policy. We do not automatically cancel orders that are not picked up within that window. If you would like to cancel your order, please call or email within 14 days of purchase. Yarn that has been wound into balls, and fabric or other merchandise that is sold after being cut, cannot be returned. Any other merchandise that has been altered in any way, gift cards, and other downloadable products cannot be returned. Discounted items are final sale. Custom, bulk, photo/film shoot purchases, and wholesale orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Photo I.D. may be required at pickup for large purchases, or those flagged by our order payment processor. If someone else is picking up your order, please include their name in your order notes.
Please note: Weekly pickup hours are subject to change.
Pickup time slots may vary. Your pickup instructions email will list the hours which we are open for pickups.
If your order is urgent or you can only pick up during specific, limited hours, please call before placing your order.
