PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Maritime Short pattern by Grainline Studios is the perfect summer short: easy to wear, modern fit, and plenty of room for customization. Make a pair in denim, brightly colored linen, go bold with a print -- or do all three! Features curved front pockets and stylized back patch pockets as well as a fly front closure.
Techniques involved include straight seams, curved seams, inserting a fly and basic hemming. Pattern is nested to facilitate cutting between sizes if needed.
Sizes (size guide): 0-18
Notions: thread, skirt/pants hook & eye closure, fusible interfacing, 7" zipper.
Suggested Fabrics: Medium weight fabrics such as denim, twill, linen or anything labeled as bottom weight. Extra fabric is needed to match plaids, stripes, or one-way design fabrics.
